Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax to oversee all
tax-related activities and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with
tax regulations
Monitor tax law developments and implement strategies to optimize
tax positions
Manage tax audits and inquiries from government authorities
Required Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
Professional qualification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
At least 10 years of experience in tax roles
Previous experience as a Tax Director or in a similar role
