Position DescriptionNiles Shared Services is looking for a financial professional to build out a core finance function. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will be analyzing business activity, including finance, accounting, sales, operations, and safety.

Position RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities
--- Participate in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.--- Analyze operational results relative to budget assumptions and recent trends.--- Analyze the profitability of projects, regions, and segments.--- Develop financial models to evaluate new or emerging lines of business.--- Contribute to continuous process improvement; Always looking for opportunities to streamline and eliminate redundancies.--- Perform special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications --- 3-5 years' experience in a financial professional role.--- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent preferred.--- Construction or manufacturing experience preferred familiarity with Work in Process accounting.--- Strong technical abilities, i.e., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and/or other analytical tools--- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills as it relates to data mining and analytics.--- Strong written and communication skills.--- Self-motivated, high personal responsibility and integrity.--- Collaborative, team-oriented individual willing to assist wherever needed to ensure the group provides accurate and timely financial information.
