Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Director to lead and oversee the
organization's tax policies and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee tax policies and ensure compliance with tax
laws
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize
liabilities
Manage tax audits and provide guidance on tax-related matters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; master's degree in
Taxation preferred
A minimum of ten years of experience in taxation, including income
tax/sales/use tax
Preferred CPA firm experience in taxation
Preferred prior experience in healthcare accounting
CPA certification preferred; HFMA certification is a plus
