Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Actuary - Special Projects
to lead financial reporting projects for insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead special projects related to life blocks of business and
actuarial modeling
Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual results for the LAUL
block
Modernize documentation of modeling processes and adapt to new
accounting regimes
Required Qualifications
FSA or equivalent professional designation with a Bachelor's Degree
in a relevant field and 6 years of experience
In lieu of a Bachelor's, a Master's in a relevant discipline and 4
years of experience is acceptable
In lieu of FSA, ASA or equivalent designation with 10 years of
relevant experience is acceptable
Experience with actuarial modeling and financial analysis
Proficiency in GGY Axis and PowerBI is preferred
