Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax to oversee its tax
strategy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance
processes
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
while ensuring compliance
Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and
government agencies
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in the tax function of a public company,
with at least five years in management
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance and CPA
license
Experience managing domestic and international tax matters
independently
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements in
a public company setting
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and meet deadlines
