Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative for a
national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Review open accounts receivable and prioritize collection
activities
Develop relationships with payers to resolve billing issues and
ensure timely follow-up on invoices
Evaluate payments and denials for correctness and ensure proper
application
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of major medical insurance collections or home infusion
billing experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business
hours
