Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee
critical accounting functions and support team development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the month-end close process and ensure compliance with
accounting standards
Provide mentorship and leadership to accounting staff, fostering a
culture of growth
Identify and implement process improvements and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a
Big 4 firm and high-growth startups
Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting concepts
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required;
advanced accounting degree preferred
Ability to work remotely in the US, with a preference for Eastern
or Central Time Zone
