Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paid Social Lead to manage and
execute paid social strategies for various clients.
Key Responsibilities
Own the paid social strategy and execution for all clients,
including account structure and ad testing
Analyze performance data to refine best practices and automate
efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages
and audience targeting
Required Qualifications
At least four years of hands-on experience in Paid Social
Experience working on either the agency side or in-house with a
demonstrated ability to adapt strategies
Comfortable analyzing large data sets using tools like SQL and
Advanced Data Analysis
Open to coaching and collaboration with cross-functional leads
Demonstrated high standards for work quality and goal
orientation
