We're a long standing company with long-term OEM partnerships, provides the industry's leading equipment warranty, and support from a dedicated worldwide team.We are actively seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to handle responsibilities of the QMS, manage calibration and document control systems. This candidate will also assist with internal audits and work with the Quality Manager and other members of our team across multiple departments.Job Duties include:Manage the company's Calibration ProgramManager Document ControlAssist with revamping existing procedures and the development of new processes and associated documentationAssist with Internal and External Customer auditsCorrective Actions and Root Cause AnalysisSupplier monitoring/performance and development from the quality perspectiveWork on Continuous Improvement projectsWork with cross functional teams frequently to address quality needsThe Candidate should have:Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field, or experience commensurateMust be a certified auditor for ISO-9001-2015Strong Communication and Coordination skillsExperience with ERP softwarePresentation skillsAbility to create training and teach othersGreat people skillsAbility to manage time effectively and efficientlyTop level Reliability and AccountabilityMust be a US citizen or US Permanent Resident (due to ITAR requirements)Presence: This position will begin as 100% on site at first, with an expectation that within a few months the job would be a hybrid position, with approximately 3 days on site and 2 days off site.
