Key Responsibilities
Manage engineering teams focused on AI/ML features
Participate in sprint planning and resolve blockers for the
team
Coach and mentor team members while maintaining technical
quality
Required Qualifications
Experience managing teams of 4+ engineers
10+ years in high-growth technology environments
Experience building AI/ML products using technologies like LLMs and
neural networks
Strong coding skills in Java, Spring, Node, or Python
Experience with distributed systems
