Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Security Data Engineer to
enhance security telemetry and logging.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering, detection, and incident response
teams to improve security telemetry and logging
Align telemetry and logging for first-party products with
operational objectives and the threat landscape
Translate security and business needs into technical requirements
and maintain architecture documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience in Cybersecurity Data-related roles or a combination of
software engineering and cybersecurity
Experience as a Software or Data Engineer or collaborating with
software engineers in the development lifecycle
Understanding of the Detection and Incident Response lifecycle and
the role of telemetry/logging
Able to formulate programmatic solutions applicable to multiple
teams and engineers
