Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collaboration Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for collaboration platforms and
troubleshoot user issues
Manage system administration and configuration of collaboration
tools
Monitor performance, implement improvements, and ensure security
compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field, or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in IT support, focusing on
collaboration tools
Strong understanding of collaboration platforms such as Google
Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
Familiarity with network protocols and video/audio conferencing
technologies
Certifications in collaboration tools are a plus
