A company is looking for a VP of Product & Engineering to lead
product and automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage high-performance Product & Engineering Teams
Oversee product development from inception to scale, including
agile processes and performance optimization
Research and implement AI applications to enhance operational
efficiency and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of strategic and operational product experience,
particularly in the 0-1 stage
Experience managing and developing high-performance product and
engineering teams
Proficiency in Python, Javascript, SQL, and popular CMS platforms
like WebFlow and Shopify
Experience with Google Analytics and product design tools such as
Figma and Photoshop
Experience in AI and automation management
