Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Insurance Service
responsible for managing projects and teams to enhance revenue
cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
Implement best practices to maximize revenue and collections
Monitor open accounts receivable balances and ensure timely cash
collections
Participate in hiring and managing staff while overseeing
performance expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care
administration, or a relevant field preferred
7 years of direct revenue cycle leadership experience in healthcare
transactions
Experience with billing, insurance follow-up, denials management,
and other revenue cycle functions
Equivalent level of education and experience may be considered
