Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plan Manager-Corporate who will
manage corporate sponsored plans and enhance client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for specific sponsored plans, handling
complex cases
Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact
with sponsors and internal teams
Support training and mentoring of new employees and assist with
plan management calls
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Customer service experience, particularly with sensitive and key
clients
SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is
preferred
