Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Service to oversee the
service department and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve service and maintenance performance metrics
(KPIs)
Develop policies to enhance productivity and profitability while
mentoring service teams
Collaborate with various departments to optimize service
performance and project management
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance and
rental
Prior experience managing teams and projects
Strong understanding of service, parts, and warranty operations
Project management certification is a plus
