Key Responsibilities
Establish the Digital Intelligence Platform vision and strategy for
Customer Service
Lead cross-functional groups to execute product initiatives and
deliver impact
Develop the platform product roadmap and define metrics for
success
Required Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience or related technical
disciplines
Experience building or leading machine learning platforms or
services
Data-driven mentality with experience in launching experiments
Ability to quickly absorb and communicate technical concepts
Experience working with external partners in a product management
role
