Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Advocacy & Professional
Relations responsible for building a global patient advocacy
function and enhancing engagement with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute patient advocacy strategies across different
stages of asset development
Build and lead relationships with advocacy groups and professional
organizations
Oversee company-sponsored patient advocacy events and represent the
company at relevant forums
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
15+ years of external relationship management experience with
nonprofit groups
10+ years of biopharmaceutical/industry experience and 6+ years of
direct patient advocacy experience
Strong understanding of bringing a product to market and relevant
regulations
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and
establishing strong relationships
