Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager focused on user
interaction and usability enhancements within their EHR system.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap by analyzing market trends and gathering
user feedback
Develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by behavioral
health professionals to inform product features
Leverage user feedback and analytics for data-driven decision
making and guide feature prioritization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a software product manager, preferably in
healthcare or behavioral health SaaS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science,
business, or healthcare administration
Experience with EHR systems and healthcare technologies is a
plus
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management
best practices
Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys,
and usability testing
