Job Description:
A company is looking for a REMOTE Service Delivery Manager to
lead a team of Quality Assurance and DevOps Engineers in a
healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Quality Assurance and DevOps
Engineers
Set project schedules, design parameters, and monitor tasks
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for
DevOps and service delivery
Required Qualifications
Strong background in ServiceNow based products
3+ years of management experience in Quality Assurance and/or
DevOps
Experience in SAFe environments managing resources in Scrum Teams
or Value Streams
Ability to align team member skillsets with business needs and
Scrum Team synergy
Comfortable with technology road-mapping and presenting to
leadership
