Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Navigation Manager to
oversee and lead the efforts of their Clinical Navigation
clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage clinician performance to ensure high-quality care
delivery
Collaborate with Quality and Clinical Excellence teams to promote
care and service excellence
Support the professional growth and development of individual
clinicians
Required Qualifications:
Active medical license (NP/PA) and board certification
5+ years of clinical experience required
2+ years of people management experience preferred
Proficiency in technology and data-driven decision-making
Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment
