A company is looking for a Senior Director, Platform Support to
lead their platform support team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the
Platform Support Organization
Monitor system stability and performance, ensuring system
availability and reliability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage a distributed
team for 24x7 support
Required Qualifications
7 to 10+ years of experience in Cloud operations managing a global
team
7 years of experience with Linux and cloud providers like AWS and
Azure
5+ years of experience leading and developing a global team
3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes
Experience with XML, JSON, and scripting languages
