Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engagement Marketing to
lead growth initiatives for their employee-facing product.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan to drive
member enrollment and engagement
Oversee programs measuring the end-to-end experience for clients
and members, mapping member lifecycle and user journeys
Utilize data to optimize engagement strategies and manage A/B
testing across various channels
Required Qualifications
7+ years in B2C or B2B2C growth, acquisition, or performance
marketing roles; healthcare experience is a plus
Experience building growth marketing engines and implementing
technology/tools such as Iterable
Understanding of demand generation best practices and marketing
funnel metrics
Experience in managing and building high-performing teams
Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
