Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Engineering Manager to lead
their engineering team in developing scalable technical
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute a scalable technical roadmap for platform
components
Drive architectural initiatives to enhance system robustness and
flexibility
Mentor team members and oversee hiring and development
processes
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience leading engineering teams in platform or
infrastructure roles
Strong technical expertise in backend engineering, preferably with
Node.js and AWS
Background as a Staff+ engineer or equivalent technical leadership
experience
Experience balancing project delivery with long-term strategic
vision
Ability to align team priorities across departments
