We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Management Director.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities related to managing the School of Histotechnology under accreditation standards established by National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science (NAACLS) and within DMC policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in histotechnology education, with experience in teaching courses, conducting and supervising histology laboratory experiences, evaluating student achievement and program effectiveness, and curriculum and policy/procedure development.The Program Management Director will be responsible for:

• Developing, administering, organizing, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program.
• Selecting candidates for the school and participating in the budget planning process for the program.
• Evaluating and assuring clinical education effectiveness and maintaining current knowledge of the professional discipline and educational methodologies through continuing professional development and pursuit of scholarly activities.
• Assuming leadership responsibility in the continued development of the program.
• Assisting in the practical training of students in the various methodologies related to Histology discipline.The Program Management Director will be a key member of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure the success of the program.
