Key Responsibilities
Build and manage an international team of engineers
Collaborate with product teams to develop a customer-centered cost
optimization experience
Coach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of quality
and reliability
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Engineering Management roles
8+ years of experience in Engineering roles
Background in software engineering with a focus on customer-facing
products
Experience in data-adjacent roles, such as data engineering or
management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR
equivalent background
