Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Relations Manager (Remote -
must be local to Idaho).
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with health plans and provider networks to
implement cost-saving products
Research provider complaints, collaborate with internal teams, and
communicate resolutions
Conduct training sessions for staff on contract and network
management processes
Required Qualifications and Education
7+ years of experience in a Provider Relations role for a managed
care plan
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of
experience in healthcare
Solid knowledge of health plan operations
Experience in management of benefits and/or behavioral health
