Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Tenet Regional Resource Pool. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct clinical patient care and be able to assess, plan, and implement care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient careRequirements:
  • Current RN licensure
  • Experience in direct clinical patient care
