      Per Diem - Flexible Scheduling

      12 hour --- Day Shift 7A-7P (1); Night Shift 7P-7A (1)

      --Recover open hearts, PA lines (Swans), Cardiac Trauma, Open Chest emergencies, IABP, LVAD, ECMO, CRRT, High frequency ventilators, Nitric Oxide, Cooling blanket

      Requirements:
      
      
      • 
        
      • 
        Active Unrestricted MI License
        
        
      • 
        Must have at least 1 year recent-- experience in unit
        
        
      • 
        Must have Pediatrics CVICU experience
        
        
      • 
        BLS via American Heart Association - required
        
        
      • 
        ACLS-- cert- required
        
        
      • 
        NIHSS ---required
        
        
      • 
        Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
