Job Description:
Blanchard Valley Health System is a regional community non-profit
serving an eight-county community in Findlay, NW Ohio that is
seeking an OB Hospitalist.
- Level II Special Care Nursery 32 weeks+, 1000
deliveries/year
- 24-hour OB care, 7 shifts/block
- Additional shifts available if interested
- Scheduled C-sections
- Consults only for gynecology
- Non-emergent surgeries as needed, surgical team on-call to
assist
- Facilitate transfers
- No outpatient clinic coverage
- Oversight of midwives
- ED unassigned obstetrics patients
- 24-hour in-house pediatric hospitalist service
- One delivering hospital, sleep room on floor
- Remote attendance for high-risk meetings
- Integrated EMR with Cerner throughout health system
- Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
- Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice
operations
- Time with patients who respect your care
- Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in
Findlay
