TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Warren, Michigan, 48093 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Telemetry, Cardiovascular Unit Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 1900-0730, 36 hours (open to 48 hours) Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Experience: Must have 2 years of experience in specialty areas License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Basic dysrhythmia testing competency Job Description: - Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. - Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. - Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. - Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions. - This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hours, with potential to be reassigned in 4-hour blocks.
