Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Crisis Shift Leader to
provide clinical supervision and direct services to students in
crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Behavioral
Health Providers
Conduct risk assessments and de-escalate crisis situations
Maintain clinical documentation and support students with ongoing
care referrals
Required Qualifications:
Independent, unrestricted license to practice counseling or
psychotherapy
1+ years in a clinical supervisory role or 2+ years in a direct
clinical role
Experience in crisis intervention or community mental health
settings
Training in assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment
planning
Scheduling flexibility to swap shifts on a limited basis
