Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and
Chat Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an advocate for providers, resolving issues related to
benefits, eligibility, billing, and clinical authorizations
Handle inquiries through multiple channels, including phone and
chat, while efficiently navigating various systems
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication
and resolution of provider issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
Flexibility to work full-time, including potential overtime and
weekends
