Job Description:
Summary: As an Assistant Director of Dining Services, you will
assist with day-to-day food service operations, manage and lead a
team, and be responsible for talent development, client
relationships, profitability, and financial goals. You will work
with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and top
quality food, implement new culinary programs, and maintain
excellent relationships with the client. You will also manage,
train, and develop associates and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of food service supervisory or lead
experience, strong leadership and communication skills, financial
experience and business acumen skills, and proficient computer
