Requirements:
 
• Provide technical support to external networked/ desktop systems
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, and servers in a heterogeneous environment
• Maintain password security, data integrity, and file system security
• Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades
 
Experience: Entry level experience in desktop and networked systems support
 
Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of procedures, utilities and program scripts is preferred
 
Education: 4-year degree or equivalent experience
