Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Web Performance Manager to oversee digital analytics and optimize web performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Google Analytics implementation and deliver actionable insights to improve web performance
Lead optimization strategies, including A/B testing, to enhance conversion rates and user engagement
Define and execute data-driven personalization strategies for different audience segments

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in web analytics, optimization, and personalization
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms
Proven experience in site optimization efforts to drive conversions and lead generation
Experience with personalization platforms and implementing data-driven customer experiences
Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
