This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business' needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
  • Collaborate with business team and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces and robust backend systems
  • Prepare technical specifications and design documents
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Develop proof of concept (PoC) projects to validate new ideas and technologies.
  • Work with a team across different timezones to ensure seamless project executionPreferred Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, Django, FastAPI
    • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Python and Java. Nice to have the knowledge of Node.js.
    • Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
    • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
    • Familiarity with GenAI technologies and frameworks
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
    • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools
    • Ability to multi task and Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentMinimum Qualifications
      • Bachelor's Level Degree in computer science or related field
