Job Description:
A company is looking for a Computer Operator I to monitor and
report on gaming systems and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Wide Area Progressive system and game level issues
Provide technical support and address casino systems issues
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming
card/license
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Service Desk, call center, or customer service
positions preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish English preferred
