Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Software Developer to
deliver innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance member
experience
Collaborate with business partners to build prototypes and address
challenges
Mentor team members and drive technical innovation across the
organization
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years in information technology with expertise in
application design
Experience with financial products such as mortgages, loans, and
credit cards
Knowledge of .NET, C#, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks or
Python
Proficiency with SDLC and Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools
