Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Publications Manager
to oversee technical documentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Translate technical information into clear and effective
documentation for various audiences
Deliver content for online documentation, video tutorials, and help
portal articles
Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and mentor
contract technical writers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical writing
Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communications, or a
related field
Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Confluence
Ability to mentor and influence without authority
Experience in writing online help and knowledge base articles
