Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Training &
Documentation to oversee technical documentation and product
training teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and
ensure accuracy
Lead the development and delivery of engaging product training
programs
Oversee team performance and foster a culture of continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in technical writing or product training,
with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of managing technical documentation and
training teams
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-learning
platforms
Public sector experience, particularly with government clients, is
preferred
