A company is looking for a Technical Analyst to assist in
creating and presenting solutions to building problems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct building inspections and property condition assessments,
documenting findings thoroughly
Analyze construction and legal documents, summarizing key
information and findings
Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and scopes of work while
collaborating with project coordinators
Required Qualifications
Experience in construction inspection or related field
Familiarity with construction documents and legal terminology
Ability to conduct research on building codes and construction best
practices
