Responsibilities
Kent E. Gorsuch & Associates, employees of the Law Department of
State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, is seeking an
attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation and trial experience
with exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, the rules of
evidence, no fault, and trial strategy to join our Southfield, MI
office. - Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills,
superior oral advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to
manage a caseload where work is time sensitive. - The position is
classified as a hybrid role, meaning that the work arrangement
calls for hours in the office and virtually. Everyone in a hybrid
role is required to spend some time in the office. - Work
arrangements could change over time based on business needs.Based
in Southfield, MI we enjoy an active and busy insurance defense
