Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal E-Filing Expert to manage
electronic filing processes for California pleadings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute electronic filing of legal documents in
compliance with California court requirements
Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal
documents
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to
ensure seamless filing processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
5-7 years of experience in legal e-filing, specifically with
California pleadings
In-depth knowledge of California court rules and e-filing
systems
Proficiency in legal document management software and e-filing
platforms
Paralegal certification or legal assistant training is
preferred
