methods
Screen and interview potential candidates while fostering
relationships with clients
Negotiate offers and assist with temporary staff onboarding
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a legal recruiter in a law firm or
staffing agency
2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney seeking a career
change into legal recruiting
Ability to manage a high-volume desk and multi-task effectively
Self-motivated with a client-service focused approach
Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
