Bilingual Inbound Care Coordinator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Inbound Care Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Assist in triaging patient clinical issues and connecting patients with nurses
Support provider relations and assist with record requests and medication refills

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish
Able to work Monday - Friday from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm EST
Current active license/certification as a CNA, CMA, or RMA
Adherence to attendance policy
Excellence in following established clinical protocols and procedures
