Job Description:
A company is looking for an Open Enrollment Representative
(remote) to assist individuals with healthcare navigation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class service to healthcare members
Assist individuals in understanding their health insurance
options
Navigate healthcare processes to ensure member satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Knowledge or experience with health insurance and related terms
Completion of a 10-week training program
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm Pacific Time
No time off for the first 90 days of employment
Must be available to work in a department open 7 days a week
