Job Description:
A company is looking for a Model Risk Lead to join their Model
Risk Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform independent challenges and validations of machine learning
models for credit risk management
Collaborate with model owners to address validation findings and
improve model effectiveness
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain the
company's Model Risk Management framework
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in model development, validation, or data
science
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical
experience
Deep knowledge of quantitative modeling for credit underwriting and
risk management
Experience with scripting languages like Python and large-scale
databases such as SQL
Familiarity with machine learning platforms and cloud-based
environments
