Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster - Workers
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workers compensation claims, determining compensability and
benefits due
Develop and manage action plans for claims resolution and
coordinate return-to-work efforts
Negotiate settlements and manage subrogation of claims
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
preferred
Four years of claims management experience or equivalent education
and experience
Working knowledge of regulations, offsets, and deductions related
to workers compensation
Ability to work in a team environment
PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
