A company is looking for a Material Damage Telephone Claims
Representative to investigate and adjust automobile claims.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents
Determine coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating
claims
Collaborate with fraud and subrogation teams to achieve optimal
outcomes
Qualifications and Education
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
Intermediate understanding of insurance policies
Ability to handle investigations with discretion and
independence
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
